Recently, the state’s largest electric utility, NorthWestern Energy, took to these pages to yet again complain about renewable energy. This time it was about a Montana law that promotes rural economic development through renewable power production. Previously, NorthWestern has griped about rooftop solar and multiple federal renewable energy policies. At this point, is anyone surprised NorthWestern is once again fighting against renewable energy development?
