Judge overturns DEQ permit on county subdivision

Ravalli republicFor the second time in little over a month, a state court has overturned a Montana Department of Environmental Quality’s wastewater permit on proposed projects in Ravalli County. Last week, District Court Judge Kathy Seeley in Great Falls rejected DEQ’s wastewater permit for the proposed 181-lot Grantsdale Addition Subdivision south of Hamilton.
