HELENA, Mont. — A shakeup of districting for Montana’s Public Service Commission could be on the horizon.
Senate Bill 109 cleared the Senate with the support of a large majority of Republicans earlier this month and came up for debate in the House Committee on Energy, Technology and Federal Relations on Monday.
Senators amended the measure to create five districts based on House district boundaries.
