The PSC held virtual public hearings on NorthWestern’s proposal on October 13th, 20th.
UPDATE!! The listening session scheduled for Tuesday the 27th has been indefinitely postponed.
MEIC, the Montana Consumer Counsel, and many others have submitted expert testimony objecting to NorthWestern’s proposal as excessively expensive for its customers, and pointing out that NorthWestern’s application is full of errors, is incomplete, and is misleading. You can find our expert testimony as well as that of others and a short overview of various expert testimony below.
Even though the last listening session was cancelled, you can still speak up! Please email your comments to the PSC at PSChelp@mt.gov to submit comments. Speak up now or you could be forced to pay more for last century’s dirty old coal plant.
