On Saturday April 26th, 13 communities across Montana will be holding Montanans for Climate Solutions events to call on state and federal officials to take decisive and clear action to reduce dangerous carbon pollution and support proactive steps to solve the climate crisis. More than 80 organizations and businesses have signed on to sponsor these events across the state.

Join Bozeman’s Climate Solutions Parade! Parade starts at 1pm at Bogert Park Saturday April 26 for a walk down Main Street sidewalks to the Rally. All are Welcome! Rain or Shine! Show your enthusiasm for Montana’s outdoors and for Climate Solutions (dance, music, costume?) and win prizes to be awarded at the Rally! Come early to Bogert Park to make signs and decorate your strollers at a tent outside the pavilion during the City’s Sustainability Fair 10am to 1pm.

Rally at Soroptomist Park (rain location at the Eagles) at 2pm with speakers Molly Cross, climate scientist and climate change adaptation coordinator for the Wildlife Conservation Society, City Commissioner Carson Taylor, and Kristen Walser from the Bozeman Citizens Climate Lobby, a rancher, the winner of the student essay contest and music by the Longhorns. Plus, opportunities for action!

Come early to Bogert Park for the City of Bozeman’s Sustainability Fair 10-1pm, with food, music, and Clean Up Day activities. There will be booths highlighting changes in our land, waterways, snow, and our Montana way of life. On the sidelines, we’ll have sign making and stroller decorating for the parade.
